ETI Policies
In the interest of protecting the majority of our customers, and preserving the traditional intent of free and legal speech on the Internet, ETI has established our operating policies and procedures. It is the responsibility of all users to be aware of these policies, and to abide by them. These are in place for the greater good of the company, its users, and the Internet as a whole.
The AUP, or "Acceptable
Use Policy," contains the operating rules of this system. These
rules apply to all users across the board without exception. It is the
policy of this company to strongly enforce these rules for legal and
system related reasons. Anyone found in violation of these policies
will be subject to immediate and appropriate actions by the administration
and management of this company.
The "Service Agreement" states
the policies concerning billing, usage, and other system related information
not contained in the AUP. This document is also enclosed with all information
packages that are sent to customers upon subscription to our service.
Both the AUP and the Service Agreement are considered "Live" documents, and are subject to change as the management of this company deems it necessary. All changes made to these documents are available online in the form of these two web pages upon implementation of any changes to either document. It is the customer's responsibility to be aware of any and all changes made concerning system policies, and to abide by those changes accordingly.
If you have any questions regarding the policies of this
system, please contact our customer service department at 1-856-753-9840,
or email access@eticomm.net.
